So, here we are on the 1st of June 2020; and now I begin my journey towards digital freedom.
It is not just a move away from social media, endless news, and binge-watching TV shows. My smartphone is going into the drawer for the entire month. This will cause problems, but I am determined to work through them when they arise.
Today is also the day when I make a few small adjustments to what I eat and how I move. I am also going to take a deep dive into meditation, with at least one or two sessions per day on the planner.
I don’t suppose anyone will even notice that I have stopped posting to social media, but that’s okay. This blog is my permanent record, my journal for recording life’s twists and turns.
