This rate is non-negotiable. A minimum 50% deposit is required prior to any work being started and is based on a time estimate given at the time of booking.
All out-of-pocket expenses will be billed to you, the customer.

A minimum 50% deposit is required prior to project work being started and is based on a time estimate given at the time of booking. Included project revisions will be agreed upon before work begins, and any additional revisions will be charged at my hourly rate. Discounts are available where all upfront costs are paid in advance.

All commissions must be agreed upon in writing.
