So, today I am starting a mission to heal myself.

I have had a persistent cough since the end of last year, I am overweight and to top it all off, I have torn the calf muscle in my right leg.

These ailments are conspiring to make me feel like crap, so I need to try and do something to fix it. I have decided to start fasting. I will try and do a five day fast to begin with, not an easy proposition but I think it is achievable.

I weighed in this morning, just so I have a baseline to work from, so here’s that data.

  • Weight: 138.4 KG
  • BMI: 41.3
  • Body Fat: 45.3%

I plan to lose the cough, give my leg a chance to heal and start to lose weight. Let’s see how it goes.
