Three Peaks 2021
So, I have just one resolution for 2021. I resolve to climb the three highest peaks in the UK. They are Snowdon in Wales (1085m), Scafell Pike in England (978m) and Ben Nevis in Scotland (1345m).
I will need to work very hard on my fitness on the run-up to attempting these hikes. The last time I climbed Snowdon, it took me several hours, a painful slog! My weight and lack of fitness being the most significant factors. To prepare for this attempt, I will lose weight and increase my endurance fitness. I expect I will have to do this alone, although I might be able to draft in some friends and family for support.
