For the last couple of years, at around this time, I resolve to sort out many of the problems that have prevented me from moving forward and sorting my shit out.
This year, I am going to make a few key resolutions, promises to myself alone and nothing more.
So, without too much procrastination, here is my list.
- Meditate daily.
- Eat between 1100 and 1700 only (includes coffee etc.).
- Exercise for at least one hour per day (walking or swimming).
- Clear my debts.
- Reduce unnecessary spending further.
- Refrain from reading or watching the news.
- Read a book a week.
- Stop using Twitter ( although I will keep my account active for future use).
- Work hard.
- Write every day.
- Take more photographs.
- Nurture friendships.
